1.Over-voltage protection of solar charging:

Features: Over-voltage protection is initiated when the solar DC input voltage exceeds 24V, and the over-voltage protection function will be activated within the DC input voltage range of 25-100V. Avoid security risks.
With this function, Even though consumers connect this power station to the rooftop solar system (voltage over 25V, power over 200W), it will not cause any risk of fire and smoke, etc.
Without this function, the excessive charging voltage or current may cause a fire or explosion due to overheating of the charging module and the lithium battery, as shown in the following figure(feedback from customer about other brand power station):
2.BMS battery management system enables balanced charging:
It adapts three-stage charging:constant current charging, constant voltage charging and floating charging,average the charging current of each group, in case unbalanced charging of each string of cells leads to overheating,false electricity and not fully charged., improving battery life and preventing safety accidents.
If without this function, the following security issues may hapeen (regarding other similar products on the market based on feedback from some of our customers)
Issures 1:Unit not Full Charged
According to some consumers feedbacks, the battery power of the below solar generator not rise but fall during the charging process, and cannot be charged to 100%.This is caused by the lack of a BMS management system, resulting in an unbalanced charging.
Issures 2:Overheating
Since there is no BMS battery management system, the voltage is not balanced during charging, and the string of batteries with too high voltage is likely to cause overheating ,even cause a safety accident.
Issure 3:False Electricity
Since there is no BMS battery management system, the voltage is unbalanced during charging, The voltage of a few string of batteries are too low,others stings are too high, resulting in false electricity . Even though the LCD display has shown that the battery reaches 100%, it is found that the power consumption is extremely fast in actual use.
3.Auto sleep energy saving feature
Auto sleep function,lower power consumption,reflect energy saving and humanization of the product.
When the product detects that your connected device consumes less than 1W in 30mins, it will automatically enter into Energy-saving sleep mode, and shut down the work.
If you need reawake it, you must repress the product AC switch button and ensure that the connected device is higher than 1W.
Adding this mode is : better storage of electricity and avoid the power consumption under no-load conditions in any case.
For example:
* When you use this product at home to charge your electronic devices, you forget to turn off its power switch, and then go out with friends or travel outside.
When you come back from your trip, there is no electricity in home, you want to use this product for emergency charging, and you find that the power of this product is up, and you can not get any power.
