What are the operation modes of portable UPS energy storage power supply?



1. Normal operation mode of the system

The operation mode of this system is mains power input. The AC mains power is converted into a pure, shock free and noise free DC power supply through the rectifier for the use of the inverter. The inverter will convert the DC power supply into an AC power supply output more stable than the mains power supply, and then output to the load through the static switch. At this time, the system supplies the load for the portable UPS power supply.



2. Internal bypass operation mode

The operation mode of this system is that when the inverter is abnormal, such as the temperature inside the machine is too high, or the output load is overloaded, which exceeds the load range of the system inverter, the DSP will automatically switch the system from the inverter mode to the internal bypass operation mode to prevent system damage. At this time, the input is from the second power supply through the bypass circuit, and the static switch module is output to the load. At this time, the load is supplied by the bypass power supply.



3. System battery powered operation mode

When the operation mode of the system is no mains power input, the system will be powered by the battery through the inverter, through the static switch to the output load, so that the AC output will not be interrupted. When using batteries for power supply, the power supply time varies depending on the number of batteries and the size of the load. Therefore, it is recommended that if the mains power is interrupted, please do the data storage and normal shutdown procedures as soon as possible.



4. System manual maintenance bypass operation mode

This system operation mode is used when the system needs maintenance and the load power supply cannot be interrupted. Manually close the manual maintenance bypass switch, and the mains power is output to the load through the manual maintenance switch. At this time, the portable UPS energy storage power supply of the load is the mains power supply. This system operation mode can only be operated by professional maintenance personnel, and can be used to maintain, clean and maintain the portable UPS system.



5. System emergency shutdown mode

The operation mode of this system is no power output. This operation mode can only be started when the portable UPS energy storage power supply is determined to be in an emergency. Otherwise, when this function is started, the UPS will be turned off, resulting in no output voltage.



What are the working modes of portable UPS energy storage power supply?

1. Normal working mode: under the normal input of working power supply, the rectifier converts AC power to DC power, supplies it to the inverter, and then outputs it to the load.



2. Backup mode: when the working power supply is abnormal, the DC power supply can quickly replace the rectifier to provide DC power input for the inverter. Therefore, the output AC power converted by the inverter will not be interrupted. Therefore, the load connected to the output end can be well protected.



3. Standby power mode: when the inverter is under abnormal conditions, such as over temperature, short circuit, abnormal output voltage or overload beyond the inverter's tolerance, the inverter will automatically stop working to prevent damage. If the bypass power supply is normal at this time, the static switch will be switched to the standby power supply for output to the load.



4. Maintenance bypass mode: when the portable UPS uninterruptible power supply equipment needs routine maintenance or the DC panel provided by the power plant needs to be replaced and the output cannot be interrupted, the user can first stop the inverter, then close the maintenance bypass air switch, and then disconnect the rectifier and the standby bypass air switch.
